Expenses
This estimate of cost for students enrolled in the Master of Physician Assistant Studies program is offered to assist applicants with planning. It is only an estimate and is based on costs as of summer 2010. Projections should be made for individual circumstances and subsequent years. The Master of Physician Assistant Studies requires 82 graduate level credit hours. Cost in all categories is subject to change without notice. The most current information on graduate level tuition can be obtained through the University Business Office.

Other costs include course fees, medical equipment, books, clinic jackets, housing and travel with clinical rotations. These expenses total approximately $12,000 for the entire program, and vary widely depending on the location of clinical sites and to what extent students encounter additional expenses for secondary housing at these sites.
Students are also responsible for a number of expenses that are difficult to estimate due to variations in student’s schedules and their personal needs and tastes. These include primary housing, living expenses, personal health care insurance, recreation, etc. These expenses are not included in the estimate offered above.
